We want you to be completely satisfied with your deck. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns for Unopened Decks
You may return unopened decks within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). The packaging must be intact and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at rulesdeck@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Opened or Used Decks
Due to the playable nature of our cards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used decks unless there is a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item.
If your deck is opened and:
- Cards are missing
- Cards are damaged due to production
- You received the wrong deck
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and photos if possible. We’ll review and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening it and contact us immediately so we can help file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
Final Notes
We do not offer refunds on:
- Final sale or limited-run decks
- Damage due to mishandling or gameplay
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
